From joining a fast-growing US adtech startup to leading a global sales team

How it started
For nearly a decade, I’ve led sales teams in the fast-paced tech and SaaS world, working with companies like Zendesk and Expedock. I honed my skills in building pipelines, mentoring SDRs, and driving sales performance, but I knew I wanted something more. I was looking for a role that gave me real autonomy, meaningful impact, and the chance to operate on a global stage. That’s when Staffviser connected me with Vibe.co, and everything changed.
The company I joined
Vibe.co is revolutionizing TV advertising by making it accessible to SMBs across the US. Founded by industry veterans, they’ve onboarded over 2,000 clients and generated $20 million in revenue within their first 18 months. Since I joined in January 2025, I’ve been proud to work alongside a close-knit, passionate remote team of 10 here in the Philippines, working together to fuel the next phase of Vibe.co’s growth.
